Place your feet flat against a wall about hip-width apart to begin in the push-up position.
In a child's pose, extend your arms in front of you while sitting with your butt back toward your heels.
Push through your feet to extend your legs and propel your body forward into a push-up from this child's pose position (but keep your chest hovering above the floor).
Alternate between pushing up and returning to the child's pose position.
